Saw this a few years back on Hub Garage. Sure I posted pics of it before as the work is impressive. Owner is Ed Roethel out of Ohio. Jeff Hertzberger posted a link to post the owner made on Fesler's Facebook page. The post shared some pics of the car and some limited details below.

"1964 GTO 2-door wagon. LS1, 4L65E, 12 Bolt 3:55 Global West Suspension, Vette brakes. Work done by owner"

We covered some detail on the car back in 2010 when we discovered the car being built on Hub Garage, a now defunct car enthusiast website.
